Netherlands, Portugal and Mexico win their matches

Arjen Robben score a beautiful goal to ensure that Holland win their first encounter against Serbia. The Serbs played well but the Dutch held onto their lead.

Iran held on to a one all draw against Mexico for well over two thirds of the game. A silly error by the Iranian goal keeper and a defensive error allowed Mexico to steal a lead and they eventually went on to win the match 3 - 1

Angola and their old colonial master played a geeat game of football with both teams making striking moves towards. A goal by Pauletta in the fifth minute of the game paved the way for portugal to win the match
